Historic Maps copy: In upper margin of sheet 11: Large map of England & Wales. Historic Maps copy: Sheets 14 and 15 have label pasted over statement of responsibility: Letts, Son & Co., Limited, map publishers, and agents by appointment for the sale of the ordnance and geoglogical survey maps, 33, King William Street, London.
