- Issued in quadrangles 1° of latitude by 1°30' of longitude. Relief shown by contours at various intervals, form lines, spot heights, and shading. Depth shown by by bathymetric isolines in fathoms. Map shows international and administrative boundaries, railroads classified according to gauge and number of tracks, roads classified according to width, and other topographic features. "Blue numbered lines indicate the 10,000 yard India zone II B grid, Everest spheroid." Includes glossary, location diagram, and reliability diagram. On verso: some sheets have "through route" maps of cities. "The delineation of international boundaries on this map must not be considered authoritative."
