- Relief shown by hachures and spot heights. Based on maps of Attica by Johann August Kaupert and the British Hydrographic Dept.; ancient place names based on the work of H. Kiepert. Kaupert's Karten von Attika were published from 1881-1903. Kiepert's Atlas antiquus was published in many editions from 1859. cf. Tooley's dictionary of mapmakers. Historic Maps copy 1 has margins trimmed with loss of imprint. Historic Maps copy 3 folded in covers 19 x 15 cm.
