Includes numerous typographic and geographic errors, e.g., North America map on page 131 has no border between Irginta [Virginia] and N I [New Jersey], with no mention of Maryland or Delaware; Mixico City [sic] displaced westward; and two "Big Cities" labelled Winmipeg [sic] in both Manitoba and Minnesota.
